WHAT? “Medicine in the Movies” is a FREE film series designed to promote public understanding of science, health and medicine.
  WHEN? Every Thursday evening between August 17 and September 7, a film with a medical science-related theme will be shown in its entirety beginning at 6:30 p.m. Following each film, a guest speaker with expertise in the film's subject area will comment on the science depicted in the film and take questions from the audience. Seating is limited to the first 150 individuals.
  WHERE? Keck Auditorium, Charles R. Drew University, 1731 East 120th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90059.
Parking is free.
